Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are fully satisfied with your Happy Elf products. However, if by any reason, you wish to return your items, you can do so for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. Claim for damaged items must be completed within 72 hours of receiving product(s). Please contact us by email at info@happyelf.com. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that timeframe. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and they need to have the receipt of proof of purchase.

We take customer satisfaction very seriously, however, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days. Product must be returned to receive a refund. All returns must be postmarked within thirty 30 days of the purchase date.

OUR RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, go to our website to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You are responsible for your own return shipping costs for returning your item.After receiving RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return we will inspect the condition of your items. Once return is approved we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
